Are you looking to add some living foods to your diet that are highly nutritious and appetizing? We are sharing the recipes for live garden burgers and homemade ketchup, a winning combination making for a colorful meal filled with vitamins, minerals, fiber, and omega 3 fatty acids. Raw and living foods contain enzymes which are important because they assist in the digestion and absorption of food. Living foods have enormously higher nutrient values than the foods that have been cooked.
