Eat A Plant’s House Dressing

Happy New Year! The end of 2011 brought some big changes for our family which kept us from posting new recipes and healthy living tips. Sorry everyone! We are thrilled to announce we had our second child, a little boy born in November! And in early December we received a call to care for the foster baby girl we cared for earlier in 2011, we said yes. Now there are three little ones in our home… our hands full of wonderful things!

Even though we are busy with our little ones and it gets crazy around here sometimes, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and nutritious eating is a big priority for our family in 2012. We are enjoying our family jogs where we use both our double and single jogger so we can all go together (our own version of Stroller Strides). We are juicing vegetables and sipping on green smoothies everyday.  Our dinners consist of super appetizing green salads. And we are sharing lots of time together as a family. We hope you have set some healthy goals for the new year! We would love to hear what your health goals are for 2012.

Here is our absolute favorite salad dressing which will turn any type of salad into an amazing meal that will tantalize those taste buds! Or drizzle the dressing over steamed broccoli or other mixed vegetables.
